I was saved in children's church when I was 5 years old. The teacher had taught on the subject of Hell, and I knew that it was a place I did not want to be. I praise the Lord that I was saved at a young age because I believe I was spared from a lot of things. My junior high years were a bit of a struggle. I felt it was more important to fit in at school. When I was a freshman in high school I attended camp at IRBC and the speaker that week was a man named Ken Rudolph. I was challenged in a number of ways that week, specifically in my lack of fervency in my relationship with the Lord. I recommitted my life to the Lord and surrendered to whatever His will was for my life.
